Join Don't Mess With the Don, Curran Hall Community Association, Scarborough Zero Waste, Scarborough Environmental Association, Toronto Nature Stewards, and Operation Litter Ridder to clean up a portion of Highland Creek in Scarborough.

Date: Saturday, October 12th, from 10am-1pm
Location: Curran Hall Community Centre, 277 Orton Park Road, Scarborough

Registration starts at 9:45 AM. The clean up runs from 10 AM to 12 PM, with a chance to meet with local groups from 12-1 PM.

The goal of this cleanup is to remove litter from Highland Creek and surrounding ravines, preventing it from traveling into Lake Ontario, and to our oceans via the St Lawrence River.

Please bring sturdy foot wear, long pants, hat and a reusable water bottle. Gloves, tools, and garbage bags will be provided. Snacks and drinks will be served!
